Vietnam's popular street food, crispy thin Vietnamese Pizza made 100% vegan. Layered with Just Egg Liquid, chili, fresh spring onions, and vegan pulled pork, jackfruit cooked in umami flavors. It's one most conveniently easy to prepare snacks and deliciously tasty.
INGREDIENTS
1wholerice paper sheet
¼cupJust Egg Liquid
½teaspoonchili oil paste
2tablespoongreen onionschopped
2tablespoonvegan pulled pork / jackfruitor any other vegan meat
drizzlevegan mayonnaise or Sriracha Aioli
drizzle sweet chili sauceor preferred hot sauce
METHOD
Heat non-stick pan on low-medium heat.
Mix Just Egg liquid, chili oil paste, a tablespoon of green onions.
Place a rice sheet in the heated pan, then spread the Just egg mix immediately. Make sure to evenly spread the egg mix to all edges.
Rotate the pizza using tongs to make sure it's not sticking to the pan.
Sprinkle over the vegan pulled pork jackfruit and other tablespoon of green onions. Rotate the pizza again to make sure it is not sticking to the pan.
Drizzle mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce over the pizza. Rotate the pizza again and let it cook for another minute.
Once the pizza is lightly brown from the bottom, then remove from the pan. Cut the pizza slices using a pair of kitchen scissors or fold the pizza in half and serve like a wrap.
NOTES
