1cupvegan mayo
2tablespoonmaple syrup
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
2tbsp lime juicefreshly squeezed
1tbstaco saucechoose your favorite kind
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspooncumin powder
1teaspoonpaprika powder
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonjalapeños diced
2tablespoontomoatoesdiced
¼cupcilantro leavesfresh
METHOD
Place all ingredients together in a personal blender.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Use immediately or refrigerate in an air-tight container.
NOTES
Note: If you don't have tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice on hand, then swap it out with ⅓ cup of your favorite salsa.
