DESCRIPTION
This syrup can be stored in your refrigerator for a good couple of weeks. It's best used in your desserts, teas, lattes or with a refreshing
Iced Lavender Coffee.
Give your food a little floral kick!
INGREDIENTS

lavender flower buds
fresh or dried

sugar
METHOD
In a small saucepan, simmer and stir the lavender blossoms, water and sugar. Remove from heat once the sugar dissolves. Do not wait for it to boil.
Let the syrup steep for about 15 minutes and let it cool.
Pour syrup into a mason jar through a mesh strainer to remove blossoms.
Refrigerate and use as needed.
NOTES
Store simple syrup in the fridge in a jar to easily add to all your favorite drinks.
