This simple Homemade Maple Dijon Vinaigrette is the best dressing recipe made with basic pantry staples. It's one of the most versatile dressings and it takes less than 5 minutes to whip up without a sweat.

3tablespoonmaple syrup
1tablespoonDijon mustard
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepperground

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender (I used a Magic Bullet).
Season with an extra pinch of salt, if needed.
Store in a mason jar and refrigerate.
Drizzle (or drown!) on your light salad, salad lunches, and sandwiches.
NOTES
I have stored this in a jar in the fridge for 2 weeks. I can't say exactly how long it will last, but it will look or smell "off" if it is bad so use your best judgment.
