METHOD
Zest the orange without going too deep into the white pith (bitter in taste).
Carefully peel the orange deep enough to remove the pith (too bitter).Note: If you are using an orange with seeds, then make sure to remove the seeds.
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until pureed.
Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer to extract the juice. Note: You can also use a cheese cloth to strain.
Pour juice into shot glasses and garnish with crushed peppercorn. Consume immediately or freeze in air tight glass bottles for later use.
