INGREDIENTS
1cupsoy milkor preferred plant milk
2tablespooncocoa powder
2tablespoonchia seeds
2-3tablespoonmaple syrup
1tablespoonpeanut butter

⅓cupprotein powder (unflavored)optional
METHOD
Place soy milk, maple syrup, salt, peanut butter, and cocoa powder in a high speed blender. Blend till all ingredients are combined into a smoothie mixture. Optional: Add protein powder to blend.
