This air fryer gnocchi is super easy to make in less than 15 minutes. Crispy on the outside while soft on the inside, and every bite is packed with flavor. It's a quick snack to prep in very little time. Serve it hot with your favorite marinara or pesto sauce.
INGREDIENTS
2cupsgnoochi
2tablespoonavocado oil
1tablespoonnutritional yeast
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonItalian parsley chopped
METHOD
Mix together the oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a medium size mixing bowl.
Add in the gnoochi, and toss together till it is evenly coated with the seasoned oil.
Preheat air fryer at 390℉. Add the seasoned gnoochi, and air fryer for 12 minutes, pausing every 4 minutes to give it a good shake for even crispiness.
Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with marinara sauce, dairy-free pesto, or any of your favorite dips. Note: A sprinkle of vegan parmesan will really add to the flavor.
NOTES
Adjust the Time: Every air fryer is slightly different, so keep an eye on the gnocchi as they cook (you may need to increase or decrease the time by 1-2 minutes).
Pre-Cook the Gnocchi: If you’re worried about the gnocchi not fully cooking, you can par-boil them for 2 minutes before air frying to ensure they’re tender inside.
Serve Immediately: Gnocchi are best enjoyed right out of the air fryer when they’re at their crispiest! Don’t start cooking them until just before you’re ready to eat.
